On this the 13th day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Judge Edwards, se+-onded by Commissioner Ray, with Judge
Edwards and Commissioner Ray voting "AYE", and Commissioner's
Holekamp, Morgan and Baldwin voting "PdAY", said motion to
advertise for an engineer for the Kerr County Road & Bridge
Department failed by a vote of 2-3-1.
