GRANTING OF A VARIANCE FROM NOTIFICATION, EXCEPT
FOR ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNERS, ON A PORTION OF
TRACT 15 IN KERRVILLE COUNTRY ESTATES
On this the 25th day of October 1990 came an to be considered
by the Court a request for a variance from Kerr County
Subdivision Rules & Regulations for a portion of tract 15 in
Kerrville Country Estates, located in Commissioners Precinct
#1, owned by Mr. Carl Bucholtz.
On motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by
~~ommissioner Holekamp, with Commissioner's Baldwin and
Holekamp, and Judge Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner
Morgan voting "NAY", said motion to grant a variance from
notification requirements, except for adjacent property
owners who will be notified informally, was approved by a
majority vote of 3-1-0.
