APPROVAL TO GRANT A VARIANCE ON DEEDING OF
RIGHT OF wAY EASEMENT TO THE COUNTY ON
A PORTION OF TRACT 15 IN KERRVILLE COUNTRY ESTATES
On this the 2Sth day of October 1990 came on to be considered
by the Court the deeding of a right of way easement to the
County on a portion of tract 15 in Kerrville Country Estates
owned by Mr. Carl Bucholtz. It was determined by the Court.
that the land is located in a canyon and cannot be used for a
road; therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Morgan,
seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the Court unanimously
approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to grant a vari:~nce on deeding of
right of way easement to the County to Mr. Bucholtz on a
portion of tract 15 in Kerrville Country Estates, located in
Commissioner's Precinct #1.
