FILING A BOND FOR INJUNCTION IN THE ROB HARBISON MATTER
On this the 18th day of October 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holeltiamp, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the
Court unanimously approved by.a vote of 4 to 0 to exempt the
County Attorney from filing a bond for injunctions in the
County's lawsuit against Rob Harbison.
