CONFIRMATIDN AND RATIFICATION OF RESIGNATION OF
GERALD MENEFEE, COUNTY ROAD ENGINEER
On this the 13th day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0 that the resignation
of Gerald Menefee, County Road Engineer, be ratified and
confirmed, effective November 30, 1990. Mr. Menefee has 17
days of paid leave due him.

Dear Judge Edwards,
This is to inform you that I am resigning my position as County Engineer.
I intend to remain active in my office through November 30, 1990. After
this date, I will be utilizlny the unused portion of my vacation time.
Based upon my anniversary date of employment, I am due 17 days of pall
1 eave.
I would like to express my appreciation for the support you have given
the Road and Bridge Department and myself these past trlree and a half
years. I t has been your unwavering support that got me through the tough
moments.
