ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMINATIONS AS RECOMMENDED BY
GERALD MENEFEE, ROAD ENGINEER, OF RICK BOYAN AHD
JOHNNY GARZA IN ROAD & BRIDGE
On this the 26th day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Ray, Baldwin, and Holekamp voting "AYE", and
Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion was approved by a
majority vote of 3-1-0 that on the Road Engineer, Gerald
Menefee's recommendation, the termination of Rick Boyan
effective September 28, 1990, and the termination of Johnny
Garza effective November 5, 1990, be ratified and confirmed.
