A client would like to bu~ approximately one-half of this property and the bank requests that they not have to file a sub- division plat in order to complete this sale. I have enclosed a map that locates the property and one of the property. As you will see, it is in Precinct 4. The property has two old structures on it, both of which are not habitable and which the prospective purchaser intends to raze. The prospective purchaser does not intend to develop the property and there will be no public roads. His intention is to build and ul- timately live on the property. The Bank of Austin is granting the prospective purchaser a right of first refusal on the balance of the property and when finances permit, he intends to buy it.
