ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF GERALD MENEFEE, ROAD ENGINEER,
MOTION TO AWARD THE BID FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS FOR
EAST AND WEST SPICER ROAD TO EDMUND JENSCHKE, INC.,
FREDERICKSBURG, TEXAS, ON THE CONDITION PROPER
PROCEDURES ARE TAKEN RELATIVE TO ACCEPTING A BID
HIGHER THAN THE LOWEST BID SUBMITTED
On this the 28th day of September 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved the recommendation of Gerald
Menefee, Kerr County Road Engineer, to award the bid for road
improvements for East and West Spicer Road to Edmund
Jenschke, Inc., Fredericksburg, Texas, on the condition that
proper procedures are taken by the County Engineer, relative
to accepting a bid higher than the lowest bid submitted.
