APPROVAL OF EKTENDIHG RIVER CREST SUBDIVISIOAI
LETTER OF CREDIT FOR THREE YEARS SUBJECT TO
PROPER PAPER WORK AHD THE COUNTY ATTORNEY'S APPROVAL
On this the 6th day of September 1990 came on to be
considered by the Court extending the River Crest Subdivision
Letter of Credit. On motion made by Commissioner Morgan,
seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the Court unanimously
approved on the Road Engineer Gerald Menefee's
recommendation, to extend the River Crest Subdivision Letter
of Credit for three (3) years, subject to the proper
paperwork being received and the County Attorney's approval.
The roads in the subdivision will be subject to the 1990 road
specifications.

Honorable Commissioners,
I am writing to clarify my intentions
concerning River Crest subdivision.
Being as we have already built two
homes on lots 7&8, we feel at this
time that it would be in our best
interest to leave the plat, status
in quo. I have discussed several
options at length with the county
road engineer and may consider other
alternatives at a later date. But
for the time being we desire only
for an extention to complete the
paving of the road, for to proceed
with the paving at this time would
be futile, as no one would be driving
on said road. It is my desire that the
Court grant an extention no less than
the period of time allowed in the
orignal time allotment, that being
thirty three months.

TRUST AGREEMENT
This agreement is between Clara B. Nabors, developer, and First National
Bank of Kerrville, trustee, and Kerr County, Texas.
Developer has deposited (or herewith deposits) subject to the order of
developer and trustee jointly as provided in the agreement in the First
National Bank of Kerrville, Kerrville, Texas, the sum of $6,760.05 for
the purpose of construction site improvements in River Crest subdivision
in Kerr County, Texas for the benefit of the public represented by Kerr
County, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.

Trustee agrees to authorize expenditures from such trust account, execute
checks, drafts and other orders of withdrawal only for th purpose of
paying for the cost of constructing such site improvements and such orders
shall show thereon the purpose of the withdrawals. The expenditures of
each type of site improvements shall be made only in amounts not to exceed
the estimated cost thereof shown above. Trustee shall provide the designated
County Official with a statement of such expenditures in said subdivision
(by type of site improvement) within (5) days of their authorization.
THIS IS A NON-NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENT AND FOR REVIEW PURPOSES ONLY.

Re: RIVER CREST SUBDIVISION
In the matter of paving costs for the above referenced subdivision, I find the
proposal of $4.25 per square yard for a 6" caliche base and two course surface
treatment to be reasonable. The estaimated 1446 square yards at the $4.25 unit
price amounts to $6145.50, which should adequatey cover the costs of paving the
road and Cu-de-Sac.
