LOTS 1, 6 AHD 7 OF BLOCK NO. 56 WITH A
VARIANCE FRDM NOTIFICATION REeUIREMENTS
On this the 8th day of January 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Ray, Baldwin and Holekamp voting "AYE", and
Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to approve the replat
of Glen Rest Cemetary, Lots 1, 6 and 7 of Block No. 56, with
a variance from notification requirements, as per the Road
Engineer's recommendation, and with the city's concurrence,
was approved by a majority vote.
