On this the 12th day of February 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Ray, with
Commissioner's Holekamp, Ray and Morgan, and Judge Edwards
voting "AYE", and Commissioner Baldwin voting "HAY', said
motion to create Line Item No. 71-610-550, ROW Elm Pass, and
to transfer 5358.00 from Line Item No. 71-610-500, ROW
Bear/Indian Creek, and to pay bill.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 71-610-550 for
5357.65 made payable to Kerr County Abstract & Title Company.
