APPROVAL OF TRANSFERRING JOHNNY GARZA FROM PART-TIME
ROAD & BRIDGE AND PART-TIME MAINTENANCE TO FULL
TIME ROAD & BRIDGE, AS PER THE ROAD ENGINEER,
GERALD MENEFEE'S RECOMMENDATION
On this the 19th day of April 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved the transfer of Johnny Garza, as
per the Road Engineer, Gerald Menefee's recommendation, from
part-time Road & Bridge and part-time Maintenance to full
time Road & Bridge, effective May 1, 1990, at Pay Group 9,
Step 1, 511, 526.00 annually, 5960. 50 monthly, and 5480.25
semi-monthly.
(Judge Edwards and Commissioner Ray were out of the Caurtraom
during voting. )
