AUTHORIZATION FOR GERALD MENEFEE, ROAD ENGINEER,
TO ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR PAVING MATERIAL
On this the 19th day of April 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved for Gerald Menefee, Road Engineer, to
advertise for sealed bids for paving material. ,Bids are to
be received in the Office of the County Clerk until Thursday,
May 10, 1990 at 5:0Q1 P. M. and publicly opened at the Regular
Commissioners' Court meeting of Monday, May 14, 1990.
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids addressed to Kerr County for supplying various items
as noted below will be received at the Kerr County Clerks Office
700 Main St., Kerrville, Texas 78028, until Thursday, May 10,
1990 at 5:00 P.M. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at
the May 14, 1990, Commissioners Court and awarded that same day.
Items for which bids are requested are as follows:
1. Paving Aggregate
2. Asphalt Emulsion Oil
Bid forms and specifications will be available on request from
the office of the Road and Bridge Department located at 101 Spur
100, Kerrville, Texas 78028 until the final day bids are accepted.

The bids provided are to be applicable through November 1, 1990.
All bids that are submitted for consideration, should have the
the bidders name, the item(s) being bid, and a note stating it is
a sealed bid.on the envelope. Kerr County reserves the right to
reject any and all bids.
