ACL`EPTANCE OF BIDS ON PAVING MATERIAL AS PER
THE ROAD ENGINEER, GERALD MENEFEE'S, RECOMMENDATION
BASED ON THE MOST ECONOMICAL FOR THE COUNTY
On this the 17th day of May 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved to accept the bids on paving
material as per the Road Engineer, Gerald Menefee's,
recommendation. Bids from Henry Griffin Sand & Gravel,
Wheatc-raft, and Drymala Sand & Gravel, were accepted as
suppliers for gravel hauled by Kerr County. Durst
Construction Company and Henry Griffin Sand 8~ Gravel were
accepted as suppliers for gravel to be delivered. The bid
from Koch Materials Company was accepted for Emulsion Oil and
in the event Koch fails to perform, Elf Asphalt was selected
as backup.
