AUTHORIZATION FOR ROAD ENGINEER, GERALD MENEFEE,
TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS TO RECONSTRUCT LEHMAN DRIVE
On this the 23rd day of August 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, with
Commissioner's Morgan and Ray voting "AYE", and Judge Edwards
"ABSTAINING", said motion to authorize the Road Engineer,
Gerald Menefee, to advertise for bids to reconstruct Lehman
Drive was approved by a majority vote of two to one Said
bids are to be received in the Office of the County Clerk by
5:00 P. M. on Wednesday, September 19, 1990 and will be
publicly opened on Thursday, September 20, 1990 at 1:30 P. M.
during Special Commissioners' Court.
