APPROVAL OF THE HIGHLANDER, PHASE lA, PLAT
LOCATED IN THE ETJ
On this the 13th day of August 1990 came on to be considered
by the Court the plat of The Highlander, Phase lA, located in
the ETJ and in Commissioner's Precinct 3. With the plat
meeting ail the Subdivision Rules and Regulations of Kerr
County and having prior approval of the City, upon motion
made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner
Morgan, the Court unanimously approved the filing of the plat
with the County Clerk. Recorded in Volume 6, Page 32 of the
plat records of Kerr County, Texas.
