Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the
Court unanimously approved to transfer 51,220.52 from Line
Item No. 15-611-553, Contract Fees, to the following Line
Items in the Road b Bridge Department:
5899.95 to Line Item No. 15-611-330, Operating Supplies;
293.63 to Line Item No. 15-611-420, Telephone; and,
26.94 to Line Item No. 15-611-558. Vegetation Control.

At. the r~=cent meeting; of the Aoard of Directors on July 23, 1990 the. or,-,l off_~r
from the. County Road Engineer to to~~ the above referenced roads was c~~nsidered ~~nd
the Board of Directors voted t.o decline the offer.
It was decided that spending all of our road maintenance funds on these two
roads would not. be an egzi.table distribution as far as the balance of the pro~~erty
owners who are located on other unpaved roads and have paid money int.:? ~-•he Rind.
We want to express our appreciation to the Court for all it.s effort.=?n our
behalf and we would hope the C'.c_>zzrt. would be amenable to future negoti~~tions toward
accepting all our roads in their present condition.
