AUTHORIZATION FOR THE COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
TO INVESTIGATE AND REMOVE ENCROACHMENTS IN
CEDAR CLIFFS SUBDIVISION
On this the 11th day of June 1990, came on to be considered
by the Court, the matter of encroachments on county right of
way in the Ledar Cliffs Subdivision near Hunt, Texas.
On motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by
Commissioner Holekamp, and unanimously approved by the Court,
it is hereby ORDEREL that the County Atto-rney's Office is
authorized to do all things necessary, including the filing
of suit to remove any and all encroachments upon county right
of way in the Cedar Cliffs Subdivision near Hunt, Texas.
