APPROVAL DF ABANDONMENT OF FORMER
EASEMENT OF FALL CREEK ROAD, SUBJECT TO THE
APPROVAL OF THE FINAL FIELD NOTES BY THE
ROAD ENGINEER GERALD MENEFEE
On this the 31st day of May 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved the abandonment of former easment
of Fall Creek Road, subject to the approval of the final
field notes by the Road Engineer, Gerald Menefee. '

1. Proposed Order Closing, Abandoning and Vacating a
Portion of Old Fall Creek Road and Opening New Road;
2. Proposed Perpetual Right-of-Way Easement; and
3. Copies of survey plat prepared by Lee Voelkel, reflect-
ing those portions of old Fall Creek Road to be aban-
doned and the portion of the new Fall Creek Road to be
accepted and dedicated by Mr. Newton to the County.
I understand that you will place this item on the Agenda for
the regularly scheduled Commissioners' Court meeting on Thursday,
May 31.
