ORDER NO. 20013 APPROVAL OF GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION RULES & REGULATIONS ON LOT 34 OF BIVOUAC ESTATES SUBJECT TO THE DEEDS READING THAT THE LOT CANNOT BE RESOLD UNLESS IT IS SOLD AS PART OF THE ADJOINING LOTS On this the 17th day of December 1990, upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court unanimously approved by s vote of 3-0-0 to grant a variance from the Kerr County Subdivision Rules & Regulations on Lot 34 of Bivouac Estates, located in County Commissioner Precinct #4, subject to the deeds reading that lot 34 cannot be resold unless it is sold along with the adjoining lots. The owner of Lot 34 is dividing the lot in half and selling the two halves to the owners on both sides. The owner of the empty lot wants to cut it in half and the two owners on either side want to buy one half each. Each owner only wants to obtain the half to enlarge their own lots. 2) Longhorn Estates, preliminary plat -this is just a routine preliminary plat that Mr. Byron Wilkenson wants to put on the records.
