Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to refer the
bids received on loaders for Road & Bridge, to Jeff Barecky,
Mechanic, for vertification of specification requirements and
his recommendations.
