Commissioner Ray, seconded by Judge Edwards, with
Commissioner Ray and Judge Edwards voting "AYE", and
Commissioner's Morgan, Holekamp and Baldwin voting "NAY",
said motion for Judge Edwards to sign a resolution on behalf
of Kerr County for matching funds to the Children's Trust
Fund of Texas for 513, 471. 00 to be due September 1, 1990,
