On motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, with Commissioner's Morgan, Ray, Baldwin and Holekamp voting "AYE", and Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion to set Friday, October 5, 1990 at 10:00 o'clock A. M. for the public hearing on the proposed Kerr County tax rate for the fiscal year 1990-1991, and to advertise same, was approved by a majority vote.
