Pursuant to Section 31.03, State Property Code, such option
allows taxpayers who pay one-half of the unit's taxes before
December 1 to pay the remaining one-half of the taxes,
without penalty or interest, before July 1 of the following
year.
Motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Morgan, with Commissioner's Holekamp, Margan,
Ray and Baldwin voting "AYE", and County Judge Edwards voting
"NAY^, said motion was approved by a majority vot• of 4 to 1.

WHEREAS: Kerr County acquires Workers' Compensation through the Texas
Association of Counties, and
WHEREAS: Kerr County employees are currently covered under Workers'
Compensation;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
that the Kerr County Commissioners' Court requests that the Texas
Association of Counties include in its Workers' Compensation
coverage, all elected officials of Kerr County, Texas.
