COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on Thursday,
October 11, 1990 at 1:03 P. M. with all officers present, and
the Court having duly opened the following proceedings were
had:
C 48 89) Judge Edwards told the Court that the agenda had been posted
stating Public Hearing to set the tax rate. Commissioner
Baldwin said we had the public hearing last week, so let's go
ahead and set the tax rate. Commissioner's Holekamp, Ray and
Morgan agreed. The Judge also told the Court that a copy of
the approved budget should be on file in the County Clerk's
Office. Commissioner Ray said the proposed budget was on
file and the approved budget would be soon.

MOTION TO ADOPT A TAX RATE OF .2479
On this the 11th day of October 1990, Judge Edwards moved to
adopt a tax rate of .2479 for the year 1991. Said motion
failed for lack of a second.
