APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S QUARTERLY AND
SEMI-ANNUAL REPORTS
On this the 13th day of October 1990, came on to be
considered by the Court the euarterly Report of the County
Clerk on fines imposed and collected and judgments rendered
and collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court
in the amount of 556, 075. 72.
Also on this date, came on to be considered by the Court, the
Semi-Annual Report of all receipts and disbursements, of the
County Clerk's Trust Fund in Security State Bank & Trust,
Fredericksburg, Texas. of collections and deposits and
disbursements by her in her hands for the period from April
1, 1990 through September 30, 1990, and held on deposit in
the County Clerk's Trust Funds in the amount of 554,416.64,
and it appearing to the Court that said report is in due form
and should be approved.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of
5-0-0 the above reports.
