Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Baldwin and Morgan voting "AYE", Commissioner
Holekamp and Judge Edwards voting "NAY", and Commissioner Ray
"ABSTAINING", said motion to create Line Item No. 10-427-105,
Secretary Salary, in County Court at Law, and to transfer the
balance of funds from Line item No. 10-403-105, County Court
At Law Secretary Salary, in the County Clerk's Office, to
Line Item No. 10-427-105, failed by a vote of 2-2-1.
