APPROVAL OF PRE-REGISTRATION FEE FOR THE COUNTY
CLERK AND THE PROBATE DEPUTY TO ATTEND A
PROBATE SEMINAR
On this the 5th day of April 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimouBly approved the pre-registration fee for the County
Clerk, Patricia Dye, and the Probate Deputy, Linda Mendoza,
to attend a Probate Seminar on May 9-11, 1990.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for $200.00 on Line Item No.
10-403-486, Probate Seminar, and made payable to Texas
College of Probate Judges. Said voucher is to be delivered
to Patricia Dye.
