On this the 8th day of January 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved the resignation of Linda M. Samford as
clerk in Justice of the Peace, Precinct #4 office, effective
December 31, 1989. Ms. Samford is to be paid for 100 hours
of vacation time.
