MOTION TO PAY S3, 000. 00 FROM LINE ITEM NO. 10--401-571,
CONTINGENCY, TO DONATE TO THE KERR COUNTY FAIR
ASSOCIATION FOR A FLOAT
On this the 12th day of February 1990, Commissioner Baldwin
moved to donate S3, 000. 00 from Line Item No. 10-401-571,
Contingency, in Commissioners' Court to the Kerr County Fair
Association to help pay for a new float. Commissioner
Holekamp seconded the motion, but after discussion withdrew
his second. Judge Edwards seconded the motion, with
Commissioner Baldwin and Judge Edwards voting "AYE", and
Commissioner's Morgan, Ray and Holekamp voting "NAY", said
motion failed tMO to three.
