BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS IM
COMMISSIONERS' COURT AND AUTHORIZATION FOR HAND CHECKS
On this the 17th day of December 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to transfer
5100.00 from Line Item No. 10-401-571, Contingency, to Line
Item No. 10-401-206, Bonds, in Commissioners' Court.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are authorized to
draw vouchers on Line Item No. 10-401-206 to pay for the
bonds for the two (2) incoming Commissioners.
