COUNTY ATTORNEY FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 16, 1990
THRU DECEMBER 31, 1990
On this the 11th day of January 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved the appointment of David Marshall
Motley as Kerr County Attorney for the period January 16,
1990 thru December 31, 1990, effective January 16, 1990 at
the annual salary of 540, 000. 00.
