On this the 14th day of May 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved to declare an emergency and create
new line items and transfer funds as follows:
5116.66 from Line Item No. 10-455-457, Maintenance Contracts,
to New Line Item No. 10-455-461, Lease Copier, in
Justice of the Peace, Prec. #1 Office;
$116.67 from Line Item No. 10-475-561, Computer Hardware,
to Hew Line Item No. 10-475-461, Lease Copier, in
the County Attorney's Office; and,
8116.67 from Line Item No. 10-570-457, Maintenance Contracts,
to New Line Item No. 10-570-461, Lease Copier, in
the Juvenile Probation Office.
The Court also authorized the lease of a Xerox Model 1025
copier thru State Purchasing for 323 Earl Garrrett to be
shared by the County Offices located at that address.
