AUTHORIZATION FOR THE COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
TO REMOVE THE LOCK FROM THE GATE ACROSS THE
COUNTY ROAD AT FALL BRANCH
On this the 31st day of May 1990, came on to be considered by
the Court, the matter of a locked gate placed over a third
class county road at Fall Branch and other encroachments.
On motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by
Commissioner Ray, and unanimously approved by the Court, it
is hereby ORDERED that the County Attorney's Office is
authorized to do all things necessary, including the filing
of suit to remove the lock from the gate across the county
road at Fall Branch as well as any other action or actions
necessary to bring any encroachments along said road into
compliance with the law.
