AUTHORIZATION FOR THE COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
TO PAY CIVIL COURT FILING FEES OUT OF
GENERAL FUND OH D.W.I. VEHICLE SEIZURES
On this the 12th day of July 1990, came on to be considered
by the Court the paying of Civil Court filing fees out of
General Fund on D.W.I. vehicle seizures and the
remimbursement of fees on some cases by proceeds of the sale
of said seized vechicles.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by
Commissioner Holekamp, the Court unaniaously approved the
authorization for the County Attorney's Office to proceed
with the above vehicle forfeitures.
