On this the 27th day of September 1990, Commissioner Baldwin
made the moħion to amend the proposed 1990-1991 budget to
eliminate the salary increase for David Litke, Head of Kerr
County Environmental H?alth. Said motion failed for lack of
a second.

AMENDMENT TO THE PROPOSED 1990-1991 BUDGET
TO GIVE THE ASSISTANT COUNTY ATTORNEY'S THE FULL
4% COST OF LIVING INCREASE
On this the 27th day of September 1990, upon motion made by
County Judge Edwards, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved to amend the proposed 1990-1991
budget to give the Assistant County Attorney's the full 4%
cost of living increase.
