On thla the 9th day of October 1990, upon motion made by

Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unaniaou~ly approved by a vot• of 4 to 0 to pay the
County Attorney, David Motley, back pay from hie date of
appointment, January 16, 1990, to October 1, 1990, as per the
salary grievance committee decision.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to dray a voucher for 53,541.67 made payable to
David Motley, County Attorney.
