BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN THE
198TH DISTRICT COURT - JURY
On this the 24th day of May 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the
Court unanimously sppraved to transfer 5107.82 from Line Item
No. 11-436-331, Operating Supplies, to Line Item No.
11-436-495, Court Reporter Expense, in the 198th District
Court Jury.
The County Treasurer shall request reimbursement from the
other counties covered by the 198th District Court for their
share of the S201.00 expense of repairing the Court Reporters
machine.
