BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN THE
198TH DISTRICT COURT JURY FUND AND THE 216TH
DISTRICT COURT JURY FUND
On this the 30th day of August 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved to transfer 5713.49 to Line Item
No. 11-436-494, Court Reporter, in the 198th District Caurt
Jury Fund from the fallowing line items:
5390.32 from Line Item No. 11-436-496, Court Interpreter,
in the 198th District Court Jury Fund;
161.78 from Line Item No. 11-436-495, Court Reporter Expense
in the 198th District Court Jury Fund;
100.00 from Line Item No. 11-435-499, Miscellaneous, in the
216th District Court Jury Fund; and,
61.39 from Line Item No. 11-436-563, Software Maintenance,
in the 198th District Court Jury Fund.
