10124 CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS OF DECEMBER 11, 1989
COURT ORDER NO. 19250
Dn this the let day of February 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Baldwin, Holekamp, Morgan and Ray voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to remove
the hold placed on invoices 10122, 10123 and 10124, Claims
and Accounts of December 11, 1989, Court Order No. 19250 was
approved by a me~ority vote.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 10-445-330,
Expenditures, made payable to Sheila D'Spain, Kimble County
Treasurer, to pay the three invoices, for Kerr Counties
portion of the 198th District Attorney's expenditures for
October, November and December 1989.
