APPROVAL OF PAY INCREASE FOR NADENE GROSENBACHER
IN THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE DUE TO RECLASSIFICATION
On this the 22nd day of March 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Baldwin, Holekamp and Morgan, and Judge
Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ray voting "NAY", said
motion to approve a pay increase for Nadene Grosenbacher in
the County Clerk's Office, due to reclassification, was
approved by a majority vote. Ms. Grosenbacher will go to Pay
Group 11, Step 5, 514,042.00 annually, 51,170.17 monthly, and
5585.08 semi-monthly, effective April 1, 1990.

I am recam~ending that Nadene Grosenbacher be given a change in Pay Group
as her status has changed. She has the added duty of Assistant Department
Head to Ruby Nicholson in the Land and Filming Department.
The retirement of Mary C. Hanson has created this opening and added duties.
Mary C. Hanson retired at pay group 17/5, monthly 1170.17, yearly $].4,042.
Nadene Grosenbacher is at pay group 10/4, monthly lOR6.67, yearly $13,040.
Nadene will he training Heather E. Ewan and she wi17 be in charge of the
departments in the absence of RL:by Nicholson.
Nadene deserves the pay change from 10/4 to 11/5. Ir. my opinion she de-
serves even higher pay scale change. This will not change my budget, but
will he within the budget. '
