The possibility of a FAX machine for Kerr County and where
said FAX machine would be placed Followed. It was decided
the logical location was in the Sheriff's Office. Mr. Ray is
to check with State Purchasing to see if FAX machines are
available before the Court makes a final decision.

Court unanlmously approved to lease a Xerox Model 1048R
copier, and only Model 1048R no substitute, thru State
Purchasing for the County Clerk's Office at 5119.00 a month
plus .009 cents per copy.
