ORDER NO. 19355 APPROVAL OF INCREASED FEES ON MENTAL HEALTH CASES On this the 12th day of February 1990, upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with Commissioner's Holekamp, Morgan and Ray, and Judge Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Baldwin "ABSTAINING", said motion to approve the increased fees on mental health cases, as per the Judge's schedule, was approved by a majority vote. IN THE COUNTY COURT OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS ORDER On this the 1st day of February, 1990 the Court considered the case load being generated from counties other than Kerr County, which are in the catchment area of Kerrville State Hospital and finds that such has generated large amounts of additional work on the office of the County Judge and County Clerk's office; It is accordingly ORDERED that effective this day, the County Clerk shall add to the bill of costs on all Mental Health cases, the following fees: Judge's fee $5.00 ` Documentation Preparation Fee $5.00 Signed this 1st day of February, 1990.
