On this the 4th day of January 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Holekamp, Baldwin and Morgan, and Judge
Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ray voting "NAY", said
motion to approve the hiring of Sammie A. Tuck as Vital
Statistics Deputy in the County Clerk's Office, effective
January 2, 1990, at Pay Group 10, Step 1, 512,109.00 annually
51,009.08 monthly and 5504.54 semi-monthly, was approved by a
majority vote.
