voting "AYE", and Commissioner Baldwin voting "NAY", said
motion to approve the hiring of Cynthia Smith as the Youth
Coordinator, effective July 1, 1990 at Pay Group 15, Step 1,
515,500.00 annually, 51,291.67 monthly and 9645.83
semi-monthly, was approved by a majority vote.
