ASSUME THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF JUSTICE OF THE
PEACE, PRECINCT ~5 UNTIL SUCH TIME AS
JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, PRECINCT ~5 HAS
RECOVERED SUFFICIENTLY TO ASSUME HIS DUTIES
On this the 3rd day of May 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved Justice of the Peace, Precinct 84
assuming the responsibilities of Justice of the Peace,
Precinct ~5 until such time as Justice of the Peace, Precinct
S5 has recovered sufficiently from his illness to assume hie
duties, sub3ect to the approval of Mr. Klein, Justice of the
Peace, Precinct #5.
