MOTION TO RATIFY AND CONFIRM THE RESIGNATION
OF KATHY JUNG IN JUSTICE OF THE PEACE,
PREC. #4'S OFFICE
On this the 19th day oŁ July 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Kathy
Jung, Secretary to Justice of the Peace, Prec. #4 of Kerr
County, Texas be ratified and confirmed, effective as of June
29, 1990. Mrs. Jung is to be paid far one week's vacation.

Kathy Jung, Justice of the Peace Court Clerk will be leaving, and her
last day will be June 29, 1990. She has been here 6 months and is eligible
for a week's vacation and any compensation time accrued. Her replacement
is Linda Kay Conner, her starting day was June 26, 1990, and her salary
is to be $6.00 per hour as per Commissioner Buster Baldwin
