MOTION TO APPROVE THE TRANSFER OF THEA SOVIL
FROM THE DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE TO THE POSITION
OF COMMISSIONERS' COURT AND COUNTY JUDGE'S SECRETARY
On this the 12th day of December 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Holekamp and Morgan voting "AYE", and Judge
Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to approve the transfer of
Thea Sovil from the District Clerk's Office to the position
of Commissioners' Court and County Judge secretary, effective
January 1, 1991, at Pay Group 15, Step 1, 516,120.00 annually
51,343.33 monthly, and 5671.67 semi-monthly was approved by a
majority vote.

Please accept my official resignation as a Deputy District
Clerk effective December 26, 1990.
Two weeks notice was given December 12, 1990. Since the
Treasurer stated there might a problem with transferring
funds for the last week, we have worked out an acceptable
solution for all parties involved.
Thank you for the opportunity given me during my five years
with the District Clerk's office.
