COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on Thursday,
__ September 20, 1990 at 1:00 o'clock Y.M. with al.t officers
present., and the Court having duly opened, the following
proceedings were had:
Judge Edwards called for Executive Session at 1:03 P. M.
EXECUTIVE SESSION ENDED AND COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED
IN OPEN SESSION at 1:18 P. M.
Judge Edwax'ds left. the Courtroom at 1:20 P. M. and Chairman
Pro Tem Baldwin chaired the meeting.

APPROVAL. OF BUDGET AMENDMENTS IN VARIOUS
COUNTY DEPARTMENTS
On this the 20th day of September 1990 came on to be
considered by the Court thirty i:our (34> budget amendments in
various County Departments. Commissioner Baldwin questioned
one amendment in Juvenile Probation and there being no
further questions, or. motion made by Commissioner Holekamp,
seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court unanimously
approved the budget amendments as per the attached
thirty-four ('_t4> budget amendment request forms.
ORDER NO. 19820
APPROVAL OF REFUND OF AD VALOREM TAX TO
MR. R. B. TRULL
On this the 20th day of September 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner lioiexamp, the
Court unanimously approved a refund of ad valorem taxes to
Mr. R. B. Trull in the amount of 5706.91.
