On this the 23rd day o£ August 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of three to set a Public
Hearing on proposed salary increases for certain elected
o££icials o£ Kerr County, Texas, for Thursday, September 20,
1990 at 4:00 o'clock P. M.
NOTICE OF PROPOSED SALARY INCREASES OF CERTAIN
ELECTED OFFICIALS OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS
It ie the intention of the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, to
consider the following proposed salary increases at a public hearing to be
held in the County Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse on Thursday,
September 20, 1990 at 4:00 o'clock P. M., pursuant to Chapter 152.013, Local
Government Code, and i£ approved, to implement same at the Special
September 1990 Term, namely, September 20, 1990, and that such increases,
if ordered, shall be effective October 1st, 1990:
